Home Search Tour
We suggest you use the to contact the agency in advance of your pre-visit to Singapore and take a tour to view the different types of homes available within your housing allowance before your move. The minimum time we need to show you around for a first impression of Singapore is half a day. We pick you up at your hotel and provide you with an information folder and a list of shortlisted homes.
Our executives will accompany you to view each of the shortlisted properties, provide you with a brief orientation of the surrounding area and highlight the amenities available to you. Our property database is extensive. In the event there is a property that we do not have direct access to, we network with other agencies. This ensures that you do not miss out on viewing your perfect home.
There is a a small service fee to pay which is reimbursed once you lease a home via Knight Frank.
Advice and Access Support
After identifying your choice home, we provide advice and guidance in the Tenancy Agreement. We also act as liaison between the Landlord and yourself for the duration of your stay and mediate any disputes should they arise. To further help you start up on the right foot, we will make an application to activate your telephone line and utilities (water, power and gas supply) in your new home.
