Lease packages offer short term lease to accommodate for the shipment waiting period, to long term lease for those who would like to experience new style, décor and furnishing during their stay in Singapore. 

Leasing is particularly viable where the property is partially furnished or unfurnished. You can choose the furniture of your liking and home appliances you need, while the apartment owner and you do not have to worry about the maintenance and services costs of the leased items. The items will be collected back at the end of the lease, leaving all décor and furnishing possibilities open for the next tenant.

A full maintenance and service of our leased furniture and home appliances should be included in the terms and conditions of your lease. Usually this implies that broken down appliances are rpaired on the spot. If this cannot be achieved a replacement item will be delivered until the damaged item is back from repair.

Check Lease Terms
A standard lease comprises the delivery of all furniture at commencement and collection at the end of the lease. Another option is to buy back furniture and appliances at end value at the maturity of the lease. You can also opt for lease-to-own program, in which case all the leased furniture belongs to the Hirer at the end of the lease.
